Though if I ever move out of country it'll probably be to Canada, Japan, or a Scandinavian country. -

I used to like Canada, except you can't pay out of pocket in their health care system. I imagine if I were to go somewhere else I'd come in on the bottom and couldn't pay my own way anyway, but it would be nice to do so if I had a life threatening medical condition and either had to wait for treatment or were denied treatment. Most other countries allow you to pay out of pocket. In the Netherlands the health care system is completely private, but it is regulated by the government so that everyone can afford coverage.
