They've found a bunch of loopholes so now they can monitor our internet conversations, texts and cell phone conversations, and if we say the wrong thing (such as cybersex, if we know anything that we aren't supposed to, ect.) that they can track us down and bust us for it.
-
I guess they also have people 'undercover' who try to lead you into these types of conversations (mainly on the internet so watch out) and then they have the 'right' to hack or bust, ect. :\
-
Well in that case who wants to f---?
-
I do

tongue NewbieIt's not so much that there's a loophole- the thought is basically that the Constitution was written in a time different than ours. Regardless of what the Constitution says, I abhor the idea of a government that constantly monitors us. It's like living in Orwell's 1984.

there comes a point were no matter what goverment you have there will be somone trying to take away your freedom. the presapous for which america is based on is live free or die. so why do we care what the goverment is moneriting?
i don't.
if they want to moniter me so be it. they can beat me. they torture me. they can analy rape me with a flashlight for all i care, but in the end, no one can deny your right to talk until you are aknwoledged or silenced.
live free. or die. period. -
freedom is what you are willing and able to give and willing and able to take.
no creature can deny you the right to persue freedom no matter what power they posses.
and i will stand on a pedastle in the middle of town and say this if you even SAY you doubt it. because in the end, i am and will always be, Free. -
Well said, Slim.
