  bush did one good thing with his term. he convinced congress to declare war on terrorism. until then, we had to be attacked before we could send troops into an area. now, we are at war with an idea and can simply send in troops off of a suspicion that terrorism is there.

  Congress didn't need any help declaring a War on Terror. After 9/11, every American wanted to cut Bin Laden's balls off. Hell we still do, we're just too angry Bush and Obama haven't caught him.

  The Iraq War was a war we went into based on information fabricated by the Bush administration. They said there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, but it soon became obvious that there weren't. Bush led us into Iraq by playing on America's post-9/11 fears.
