I want to know what you think about it people and if you think it should be legal what restrictions should there be and no fighting on this thread people!

tongue ExperiencedYes it should be legal and taxed and regulated the same way alcohol and tobacco are. Marijuana isn't dangerous enough to warrant illegal status and sending people to jail. Also there's alot of potential government revenue in taxation.

all mind altering drugs should be made legal regardless of their hazard HOWEVER thou shallt not smoke dope anywere but in privacy of your home. ect san quo, and so forth, gov tax and all that.

@Ellis I know I didn't see your comment but we are agreed too. And yes I believe for rape and murder the death penalty is justified.

Pot should be legal... why throw someone in jail for something like that? Personally I think the reason why younger kids and stuff do it is because it's illegal and I know a few people who only do it for the thrill of getting caught or not. They wouldn't do it if it were legal.
But really, I'm not on pot (like a lot of my family and friends xD), but I wouldn't mind if it were legal or not. -
tongue ExperiencedBeing in favor of legalizing pot doesn't mean you're in favor of using it. Honestly anyone who abuses anything- food, alcohol, drugs- is a loser. It's not about the drug, it's about the person who uses the drug.
