She's crying her eyes out because I told her that I wasn't going to visit much anymore because of the babies and then she's all like,"So you love them more than me? Why do you hate me?" And she slammed the door in my face. I just barely got back to the university campus and I want to check on her :(

I agree, I get--emotional in that way--when I'm on my period. Don't worry: She just needs time, and maybe it's hard accepting a sibling is having children. That might be a lot, and maybe she's having trouble understanding it all. Just let her have some time to herself, and what I call 'Think Time'.
