Mia is LOUD NoviceMasa: "I'm making a knot." I hold up the intracit creation that I tied into the rope."You put it in a tree, and it catches squirrels."
Minata: Points to another rope in their bag, that had a dead squirrel inside of it. -
Mia is LOUD NoviceMasa: "Minata, can you show him?" I asked him.
Minata: I resist for a second, then open up my mouth just wide enough to show the lack of most of my tongue. Then I quickly shut it. -
Mia is LOUD NoviceMasa: "It's okay."
Minata: I sit on the ground next to Masa, and help her tie another knot. -
Mia is LOUD NoviceMasa: Finishes two more traps, then goes up into a tree to set one up.
Minata: Starts to make a mat out of grass. -
Mia is LOUD NoviceMasa: Finishes setting the first trap, then moves onto the next one.

Mia is LOUD Novice(sorry had company over. not to un-cute company either.... :3)
Minata: Finishes the mat, and uses a few rods of bamboo to stand it up like a hut.
Masa: Sets the last trap in a tree, and climbs back down. "This looks good. Bt now we should figure out who's left." I tell Brayden at the lake. -
Masa: "Well, we aren't very well going to have a chance if we keep trying to kill each other."

Masa: "So, at sunset, when they show the fallen tributes, we can count off those, then think of the ones that we have killed. Then we'll have a pretty good idea of who's left."

Minata: Walks over, and hands each one of us a grass-woven plate, with cooked squirrel and berries on it.
Masa: "Wow. That's cool." I say, looking at the plate he made. -
Minata: Points to field of grass about fifty yards away, then makes a bouncing motion with his hands.
Masa: "I think... I think he saw rabbits or something." -

Masa: "Okay, I can keep watch. You guys sleep, and I'll wake you up when the tributes come up."

Masa: As soon as I thought everyone was asleep, I got my flute out of my bag and walked over to a tree by where they were sleeping. I started playing the song 'The Hanging Tree' (See Mockingay, Book 3)

Masa: I don't notice anyone wake up, and keep playing.
Minata: I look at the others, and even I have no idea where she got the flute. -
Minata: I shrug my soulders, indicating I don't know.
Masa: Continues to play song.
