I have the girls sit on a bench in the galley and have them watch Caspian as he unwraps the fish, and starts to cut it's head off.

Caspian laughs and finishes the job. Then he slices open it's belly and takes out it's innards.
"That way you only get the real meat of the fish," says Caspian as he wraps it back up and places it back in the coals again. "You can also use the innards as bait for other fish."
