  Out of nowhere, an arrow flies through the air, scraping my arm and nailing a tree.

  "No! Shut up! Oh, crap! Ow!" My skin is stinging and i drop the rope, knowing that whateve that arrow was covered in, it must have been poisonous. "W-Who's there!?"

  I see April run, and I try to get up, but i know that the poison might just spread more.
  But seeing her run was like seeing my dad's life leaving, so i gathered up all my stregnth and began to follow her.

  my rope from my arms then ripped and i started running faster. i didn't want to be part of the plan or anything. i wanted this day to be happy not me being chased by a guy i don't even know

  I cover the cut with my other hand, hoping tat will slow down the bleeding. I'm catching up to April now, but right when I'm about to catch her, another arrow shoots. Luckily for me, this one misses.
  The arrow grazes across April's leg.
