1. Make quizzes. Make sure they're high quality, that way they get in the Top 40 and get you leveled up faster!

2. Comment/ Rate other people's quizzes! At least 5-10 a day

3. Chaange your picture daily, if not hourly

4. Also make polls, surveys, and chat in the forums.
