In a few minutes, he had left the school and watched the person walk off. A she, to be more accurate. He wanted to follow her, but not for her to see him.

I felt a hot tar form in the corner of my eye. I didn't want to be here, I wanted to go home, I wanted my wings back. Suck it up, Skylar. You're here now, there's nothing you can do about it besides accept it.

He followed her down the street trying not to be seen.

I wiped my eyes quickly and found the right address. I took out the keys, walking up the driveway and unlocking the door.

He stopped. His little stalker adventure had been pointless. He turned to head back to the school.

I sighed and entered the house, it was completely empty. Nothing there. I sighed and found a staircase, going upstairs, finding only one small room with a little single bed in it. I sat down on it slowly.

He returned to school and studied for the rest of the period.
