I held the water above my head and tipped it, gasping as the ice cold liquid hit me. My hair immediately covered my face, a wall of soaked blackness. I winced. "It's horrible, I know..." I pushed it back from my eyes.

I giggled. "It's cute."

Heat rushed to my face. I smiled up at him, my cheeks red with color.

"You're always cute..."I leaned toward a tad.

"Really?" I leaned forward a bit as well.

"Yes." I ignored the mess of hair that was in my eyes.

I smiled, gently brushing the hair out of his eyes.

"Thank you."

"You're welcome." I pressed my lips gently against his.

I pulled away, surprised. "What... are you doing?"

I sat back in my seat, my whole face turning crimson. "I just... I um... I'm... I'm sorry, I..."

"No, don't be sorry. Do it again."

I leaned forward again. I kissed him once more, closing my eyes.

I had butterflies in my stomach. And I did the same back.

My hand navigated itself to rest on his. We kissed for a while.
