I looked up, forming a reply in my mind.
"Sometimes people trip me. I just pretend that they're laughing at themselves." My response didn't fit, but it would have to do. -

I scowled. "I don't understand why, either. If you compare you to them, you're clearly the better person." -
It makes me have a giggle fit.
"They don't get me. That's it. I'm so different from everyone. I think they might be jealous..." -
I giggled and smiled. "I think they are."

"It's because I look weird...." I reached behind me, took a water bottle, and poured it over my hair. "See?"
