@ Holy everything is confusing if you want it to be, things are simple, but people try to make it complex when it is actually not, just work out thing step by step, and you'll see that things are not really confusing, just interesting, put in a different order

@ Ben, that happens to be a part of your brain that blames yourself, which makes you have low esteem, and makes you want to beat yourself up, it's complete negativity, sometimes it's pressure from someone or something, making you blame yourself (try thinking of the silver outlining, positive thoughts, positive thought cance negative)
