Just as Dreg raised his weapon, someone grabbed it from behind him. Anisette and OJ were surprised to see that the person grabbing the axe was Ares himself.

"Ares?" Cam asked, stareing in disbelief "Is that you?"

'Yes.' Ares nodded. Dreg's eyes filled with hate as he spun around to face his father. 'You.' he growled

Cam quickly backed up, not wanting to get in the middle of this.

'Dreg,what are you doing?' Ares asked. 'Finishing the job.' Dreg replied.

Dalia ran down the staires and stood in front of her mother. Cam looked down at Dalia proudly. "I know what you're trying to do, but you don't need to."

Cam picked up Dalia and held her close.

Anise noticed someone crawl out of the darkness. Jessa. Dreg turned around to face the demon and smiled.

Cam quietly went to her room. She changed into her cat form and stood over her kittens protectivly.

'Hello.' Jessa smiled at Dreg. 'You're the Son of Ares,aren't you?'

'Yeah,I am.' Dreg smiled, slicking his hair back.

Annie and Calli were scared to death. Ezie and Beat were huddling clse together. Dalia stared at the door as if someone was going to break it down.

'It's great to finally meet you.' Jessa told him. Anise watched the demon and the demi-god.
