Well Thirteen has a devil's fruit power and Lou can swim xD
and they docked at the ledge nearby so they were walking along the beach. -

Thirteen and Lou walked along the beach, they thought the waves looked way different than usual, which worried them but they knew nothing about this stuff.

Yasai just started to tear up randomly because Vegeta and Goku were gone, and he missed them...
"No," Isan said, trying to comfort him.
"They're gone," Yasai sobbed.
"Yes," Isan said.
Isan, when he was little, was mute, so he couldn't speak. Even now, at age 14, he can't really speak more than one word. -
I think I pissed myself laughing at this LOL

Thirteen and Lou got off the beach and continued walking down the street. -

Thirteen told Lou, they were insulting each other just for the fun of it, then they started pushing each other, then Lou accidentally pushed Thirteen into the lake (oh f--- u know how Devils fruit users are completely imobilized in water?). "s---!" he yelled, jumping in after her.
