(Sorry; had to eat lunch)
"Your pretty good at calculus..." I muttered. -
(It's okay.)
"Hm? I guess so. I tutor some people in my classes over the summer. I've always enjoyed math." I smiled, finally finishing my work. -
"Oh, really? I've been home schooled, by a computer program... Math is my favorite subject." I half smiled.

"I'll be sure to get you into my calculus class, then. I'm sure we'd have a fun time." I stood up and pushed my chair in. "What do you want to do now?"

"Uh...." Everything., I thought. "I don't have a clue." I smiled.

"We could go for a walk. The woods around here are absolutely beautiful." I looked at her. Just like you.

"Okay." I smiled. "But let me get dressed into something more... woodsy." I ran off into my room and changed into cargo pants, a beige tank top, and some pink Nikes. "Ready." I said.

I nodded and took her hand in mine. "Let's go." I led her out the front door, locking it behind us.

I blushed at he held my hand. I smiled, and watched my steps. I'd been known for a clumsy person.

"We could go the long way or the short way. It's your choice." We strolled towards the edge of the woods.

Long way. "Uhhh... either way is fine with me." I smiled.

"You know, you don't have to conform to what ever I want. You're entitled to an opinion as well." I grinned.

I smiled and blushed. "Well... you always make the best decisions. I suck at them."

"I've had to make some pretty big decisions in my life; ones that I wasn't necessarily ready for. I've just had a lot of experience in the matter." I paused and turned to face her. "But you're a person too. Your opinions might not have been values before, but now they are. I value your opinions and thoughts. There's never a wrong answer. Don't let others make decisions for you. Take charge of your life, Rebekah." I places my hand gently on her shoulder.
