Thread Topic: This is what I miss. I miss the Old GTQ.

The old GTQ: If you were to go back 7 pages on Offbeat, It’d say about ’18 hours ago’
Now: Go back 7 pages. It’ll say abut ‘2 days’ or ‘3 days’ one time it was even ‘4 days’
Then: The large soap was always on the first page.
Now: It varies. Half the time, I’m not even sure where it is.
Then: You could throw a party for ANYTHING and by the end of the night; it’d be 20 pages long.
Now: The only way to get a party thread to 20 pages is if it goes on for almost a day. And you only throw parties for birthdays now.
Then: You played T or D on Hunters thread, or on a Party thread.
Now: You play it on a T or D thread. No one believes your dares then. It’s no fun.
Then: We played 3T 1L and T or D, maybe even Spin the Bottle.
Now: … I don’t think half the newbs even know how to play 3T 1L. I doubt they even know what it is.
Then: You dared someone to say they were a slave, who got paid in Belgium waffles.
Now: You dare someone to make out. What fun is that? It’s not even real life.
Then: You said anything about Chuck Norris, and your post would be the SHIZZ.
Now: Dude, Do you even know who Chuck Norris is?
Then: We’d talk about Queen, and screamo, and post vids of it.
Now: You make people look it up themselves, and you talk about this pop crap, and get offended when no one likes it.
Then: ‘IT’S OVER NINE THOUSAND’ wasn’t used by the people who didn’t get it. It was an awesomesauce privilege to use it.
Now: It’s overused and abused by newbs who don’t know what it is.
Then: It was a crime to hate anime.
Now: You spam up the forum, talking shizz you have no idea about, acting like you created the show, and that you’re the only person who knows about it.
Then: Only the older, or awesomesauce users said n00b. Like Bunnies, and Emma and Hunter.
Now: I dunno if anyone even uses that, and if you do, it’s against a un-newbish user, and the one who uses it, is a newb.
Then: Atleast most people had nice grammar. And if it wasn’t capitalized, you were still understandable.
Now: You talk like you’re an alien. This isn't txt-tlk centre. It makes you seem unintelligent. Now we have to be all strict-German-Helga-lady on you. It’s not fair to us.
Then: A soap on every page. Again, nice grammar. Interesting ones too, not just about vampires, and vampire slayers, or elements. We actually put some thought into it, Y’know.
Now: it’s all vamp this and vamp that. Can’t you people actually be a bit more creative?
Then: I didn’t have to post things like this. Because it was THEN, when we were ALL awesomesauce. Dumb newbs, they ruined us.
Now: As I type this, it disappoints me how many things I could add, but am not going to. -

when i joined, no one did any of these things and i hated anime xP we just had random drunken parties and stuck to the post
