Maru blushed a deeper red. The white of her clothes now stood out more profoundly against her crimson face.
"I didn't really break it... I just made it easier to carry... for four separate people.." she said. -

Jasmine grinned despite how reckless maru was she could always make jasmine smile she said "ok , follow me?" and linked her cousins arm. -
(OH!! DRAMATIC TWIST!! A HUNTER! You have to be a hunter, then? But don't want to be. Is that right?)
Maru allowed Jasmine to lead her around the room. She looked around at all the unfamiliar faces around her.
"Do you know anyone here?" she whispered in her cousin's ear. Her eyes distrustfully followed everyone around her. -
(You're a girl. Okay. I thought you were a dude, because to me, your username sounds like a dude's username.)
I hid in the bushes outside of the building. Supposedly, there were multiple demons in there. Nervous as I was, I bravely opened the case of supplies and looked at it. They'd told me what I'd need. They'd acted like it was a honor. I doubted that.
(Um... what might a demon slay use to, ya know, slay demons?) -
(Yes. Erin is, but doesn't want to be. And the name isn't very clever. Erin the Hunter. Take out 'the' and that's my favorite author... :D)

(Okay, I thought this all over a long time ago, when I created my demon world. A demon hunter typically finds a way to restrain a demons movement, usually by pinning both of their hands to the ground with a knife. Then they kill them by any means neccesary.)

Maru ackwardly allowed the strange boy to hold her hand up, and pulled it back quickly when he kissed it.
"Umm, yeah.. nice to meet you to."
She looked sourly over at Jasmine. She'd never said anything about this friend of hers.
