I feel alone. Scared. Lost. I feel like nobody gets me at all. Not even my so called "best friend". I can't tell her anything without being afraid she is gonna judge me. I feel like my brother hates me. And nobody gets me! This guy I have been in-love with for over 1 year has been beating me so bad emotionally. Please...I need someone...anyone. And don't think I want attention because I don't. All I want is someone that gets me. I cut myself sometimes because the pain in my heart reaches it's max. Please...just help me.

i feel the same about the best friend thing, she tells me everything but theres so much s--- i dont tell her, part cuz im afraid she'll judge me, but also cuz i just cant tell anyone its too hard to do. -

@coolme3 it sucks. whenever I tell her that my ex and I were talking and stuff, she gets worried and calls me troubled. my ex and I are best friends and there is nothing wrong with that.

This jabs at me. I feel sad that life has thses times when everything is just coming down. Mike, I suck at advice, but I understand what you mean about haviing "best friend" criticize you and make fun of you. I'm lost at where to turn as well. I don't really care that much, at finding a best friend but I know what you mean.

I have a "best friend" too who critizes what I do and thinks she knows best. It's really annoying and I don't bother calling her my best friend. Friend, maybe. But not the best.

You know what helped me through so much? Music. Whatever gets out the aggression, hopelessness, or pain. When you've heard all the songs and they've gotten boring search for more. There's always someone who's been through something, felt like crap, wrote a song about it, and can help others who go through it. Really anything artistic, individual or active is good.

7th grade, I had a best friend all through elementary who turned her back on me, while still trying to play "the friend card". It sucked, but I gave it up. It's better to be alone then manipulated, believe it or not. But being alone is painful, I know. But there is someone who loves and cares, and at the very least you have us here on GTQ.
