He shrugged and poured himself some orange juice. "Thanks for letting me stay here, again. My mom... she just doesn't understand this." -
"Mhm." His face had gone plain, straight.
"Your welcome, Devin." Nikki smiled. -
Devin sat down next to Nikki and took a sip of his juice.

"Not gonna eat?"

Devin shrugged. "Nah... I'm not hungry."

"Most important meal of the day."

Devin sighed. "I'm really... not hungry."

"You should eat..."

"Agh..." he put his head in his hands. "I... don't think I can."

Nikki placed a hand on his shoulder. "Please? For me?"
