"T-to your house?" Kawa asked, forgetting to breathe for a moment. "O-of course, I'd l-love that." "Payback? Well whatever for?"

Mai smiled. "Just come over whenever you want. The front door's open, and you know where I live."

Mai heard the front door open and close. "Hey Kawa, up the stairs, first room to the left," she called. -
"Kay." Kawa called back, looking around. No doubt about it, Mai wasn't going bankrupt anytime soon.

Mai rummaged around for her script and put it on her desk. She checked her hair in the mirror and sat back down.

"Wow, nice taste." Kawa said, entering her room.

Mai smiled. "Thanks, but it's mostly my dad who does all the decorating."

"Ah, well then your dad has excellent taste." Kawa said, sitting into a chair across from Mai.

Mai nodded. "So, do you want to get started?"

"Yeah, I guess."

Mai read off of her script, glancing up at Kawa at the times she knew what she was supposed to say. "Demeter. There's something I've been meaning to tell you... Something important." -
"What is it? Is something the matter?" Kawa asked, eyes glued to the script.

Mai now only looked at the script. Her heart started beating quicker. "Yes. It seems as though I haven't been completely honest with the other Gods and Goddesses, but especially you."

"Hestia, what do you mean? You may just be the most honest among us."
