I think I might be a furry therian, ant tips on quads if you do them would be appreciated

I’m not a therian,but I just know how to do quads,so you curl your fingers into your palms,run/trot into the quad,then push yourself up into standing position and jump.Also before landing on your hands put pressure on them to practice
