Wrap the pan part and the handle separately. Use tape. The end.

Thanks, I guess? The awkward part is gonna be wrapping the round part, I want it to look lnice since I haven't gotten my dad anything else.

Push the paper down into it and tape it to the paper you use outside the round part.
