Dude I got reminded of a convo I had before summer break when I went through my quotebook
My History teacher was getting mad at the fact that our school district has only 48% of kids my age that can read at level (why he was getting mad at me and my friends over it idk, we all either have college reading levels or have reading disabilities soooo-) and he was like "Why the hell is it so hard for you guys to read?!" and one of my friends raised their hand and just went: "Sir, it's hard to read when all the books are getting banned." and my teacher stared in surprise for a hot second before going: "Hey, you be grateful, this is one of the only schools in the state that still has Heartstopper"
