They've already watched Dear Evan Hansen with me (the movie, unfortunately (the play is so much better-) ) so I think I've already broken them -
i’m scared to watch the full movie, tbh-
it’s gonna be so bad compared to the book and musical :’) -

I was barely able to finish the play lmfao it was depressing- -
It's not the worst movie I've ever seen (*cough* Percy Jackson movies) but it's just kinda dead compared to the play. Like, the play has spunk and sass, and they cut it out and made it another teen movie. Also they removed the gay parts in the song Sincerely Me so I'm very angry
Fair enough. I watched the play for the first time in PERSON (not with the og cast tho sadly enough)
Girl my dad made a church lesson off of the play because of how much he loved it xD -
Yeah that’s fair enough (*cough* wish) I get that’s tho, like at least the play was kinda funny despite the depressing parts. And removing the gay parts out of anything is illegal
