Showing these days is a whole deal when Grandma is in the picture. I have to rush myself and I have to scrub it down 3 times after I finish just so it's to her liking...
I promised myself I would do my legs and shower, today, but I don't even feel motivated to. -

...I'll do it, but I don't want to... I don't feel like self-care, and really, when I push myself to do it, it only feels like further torture....

I showered. Did my legs. It was okay. I'm still upset because I didn't want to do it, even though it's already over...But, I couldn't go out later smelling gross, so, showering was mandatory...
