They don't treat their employees well so I'd agree for that reason.
Pretty much my standard for any company is how they treat their employees -

@mint, that is not how I would judge things, but I can’t argue with that -
How do you judge companies?

I judge them by their pay and treatment of their employees and ALSO their products and quality
