I couldn't remember how many pills I was supposed to take and although I didn't take that many apparently it was too much because I deeply slept for five more hours and when I could hardly drive or think when I did finally get up. I've just been laying on the couch because my head feels fuzzy and I'm still super tired. At first I thought my body was just trying to catch up on sleep but now I'm pretty sure it's just that I took too many antihistamines.
Any advice? I was actually supposed to be productive today but I can't hardly walk because I'm so light headed. -

Probably a good thing my freelance job didn't have any orders for me today. I probably would've crashed since I struggled to even remember where my parking spot was when I came back.

You should stay VERY hydrated, number 1
Number two, you should talk to a doctor
Numero tres you need to get sleep also, but don’t be too lazy, maybe exercise?

Alright here's the consensus.
Went to bed at 9 last night.
Slept until 6.
Took 3 allergy pills.
Made breakfast. By the time I finished eating I was super drowsy.
Proceeded to sleep until 12.
Woke up.
Drove to the store half asleep (I don't recommend doing this lol)
fell back asleep in the car for another hour.
Drove back home and couldn't even remember where my parking spot was.
Proceeded to sleep for another 6 hours
So that's umm... 20 hours of sleep I believe?
Finally woke up about an hour ago and am feeling a bit better if not a little listless.
So yeah if you ever feel like your allergies are extra bad definitely DONT take more than one allergy pill. 0/10 recommend -
