Dang I feel like I am going to lose it and go insane right now

I lost everything I have had. I used to be the famous well-respected good kid at my school. But I am moved now, and I keep having episodes. My rib cage is hurting again, so my condition is getting worse. My parents are getting really dark. I am starting to get interested in bad things and I fear that I will lose my mind this year. I am at civil war on the inside; how will I ever keep this together! Maybe I should write down(or rather, type down) my feelings in poetry like I used to.
That might cheer me up. I need to stop hating myself or else things are just going to get worse.
