maybe try to eat smth rlly little, and work your way up to smth more?
or even drink some gatorade or smth, or like a protein shake ? -
I drink water still but can't eat. I ate like a small handful of cereal but got really nauseous. I just don't know what's going on. I'm almost 14 and I shouldn't be having this problem.
