Vesper spread his wings and thought about flying up on top of the cabinet as well, and then stopped. Why did they want to get on top of the cabinet, anyway?
If they did that, the big ones in white coats would notice them.
You didn't want the big ones to notice you. When the big ones noticed you doing extra-ordinary things, they might grab you and take you back into the bright, white room where the pain happened. -
Rosha did'nt know any better, she giggled and contined climbing..

"you have wings too!" she asked

"Yeah..." Vesper mumbled. He normally talked quietly, if not mumbling.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you...!" Ves called up to Rosha.
Vesper remembered how he had tried out his wings when he was younger. He'd gone to high - past the counter, past the shelves, and then WHAM! - he blacked out for a few seconds, and then found himself being taken into the white room.
Ves shuddered at the memory of his first experience in the white room. -
Rosha looked back down, and almost slipped. She tried to climb back down, but you know how cat claws only go one direction? Yeah...she clung to the side, trying to slide down.
"I'm stuck!"She called down, eyes now wide."I did'nt think this through completely.." -
Vesper re-opened his wings, and then hesitated.
Did he want to help Rosha and risk the scientists noticing him?
Or stay on the ground, virtually safe from being taken into the white room? -

Dangit, 30 second thingy! -

Rosha squealed as she almost slipped again.
She tried to climb down again, and lost footing.
She started to fall. -
Crap! Vesper screamed in his mind.
He jumped into the air a few inches, and then started flying normally.
He caught Rosha. "God, why do you have to be so heavy!" he mumbled, attempting to fly back down and carry an 8-year-old minibeing at the same time. -
Rosha retracted her claws, but was too much in shock to respond to that.

(sorry guys) Skyler open her wings and flew back up to the cabinet-top she had nothing to lose. They said that she was going to die soon anyways.

Vesper looked towards the ground for a moment, not looking where he was going, and smashed into the cabinet.
Luckily, they were only an inch or so above the floor, but the fall still hurt. -
"Ow"Rosha whined, then looked at Vesper "Er..sorry, and um..thanks.."

'let's go check the minis' skyler heard someone say
"hide!!!!" she hissed and then started to spiral down into the hazardous waste bin.
