With my meds though mania just feels like what normal productive people experience but hey maybe that's just the mania talking. I always think I feel normal when I'm manic but then I do things that are entirely to graphic for this site and am reminded that that is not normal behavior and my parents should've put me in therapy lmao.

And THEN I get the the overanalyzing part of it all where I constantly ask myself "do I really have bipolar disorder??" Or do I just have misdiagnosed female adult ADHD? I doubt I'll every truly know but at least I have a pretty good bench mark for what "normal" truly looks like now that I'm not living in an toxic environment 🖤
