Here's the fatal flaw in that plan I realized, Es. If I call the police they send me to my Dad which is on the other side of the state and even farther from you. Sure he doesn't drink or do drugs, but he's a manipulative cunning s---ty b---- who uses people to get what he wants and then throws them away.
