The cops can help you. Ik it can be scary and overwhelming but if there is illegal drugs or mistreatment within the house and alcohol abuse, they can help remove the drugs and probably help remove you from the situation as well
If they're really not an option though, I'd still strongly advise you don't set all that stuff on fire, even though I can understand why you'd want to -
