there's a gap between the blinds and my window, andthrough that I can see the neighbour's light that they have in the backyard
it's gold, like honey or stars, and washes everything in its glow
all of the leaves and branches dancing to the beat of the wind under the watch of the golden light
very beautiful
if I wasn't concerned about light pollution I'd think everyone should have lights in their backyard
I love the lights -
sometimes I have this dream I'm running, and it's wet, my feet are slipping on the mud and dead grass, I'm so close to the edge but I fall and my fingertips can only graze the wooden fence I was running towards. but im not upset at all. the air is cool, but the summer kind of cool that stays on your skin and doesn't hurt at all. the sky is black and clear and the moon only illuminates just enough to see I'm in gramma's backyard. I want to die but I'm in the mud and my feet are bare and covered in mud.
the dream ends there. it reminds me of soccer -
I'm not in a good mental state but I'll be leaving soon
