Another issue that is particularly common: users that have nothing to do with the situation coming in and trying to get involved
I have done this before, and I am very guilty about it. When I have, it’s usually to help defuse the situation, but I’m pretty sure I was never a big help. Never have, never will be.
Anyways, I agree with everyone here. That’s all I have to say. -
