is it more sus to click "prefer not to answer" on the disability questions? should I just lie and say I'm not disabled? idk.

I don't think "prefer not to answer" would come across as sus or anything
To me it seems like it would be more of a "yes I have a disability but it isn't important because it isn't going to affect how I work" (idk context but I'm going to guess its a job application)
If you had a disability that would affect what you can/can't do, or that required an accommodation of some sort, you should probably say yes. Otherwise I think lying or just prefer not to answer is fine -
