I don't know if this will help you, but no one really talks to me face to face anymore either. I deal with it by binging on YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, etc and by chatting with people online. I Roleplay as well, which if you let your imagination play out the roleplay around you, helps nullify the feeling of being alone
