Thread Topic: Hi friends
-
This is the same thing I’ve posted, with some slight changes to it.
Today, September 10th, is World Suicide Prevention Day, dedicated to spread awareness of suicide prevention, and how important it is to do so.
Suicide has a number of factors and things that contribute to it, a lot of them being underlying or complex issues, issues that contribute to feelings of pain and hopelessness, among other feelings as well.
Everybody feels pain sometimes. Sometimes people feel it more than others. But that pain doesn’t have to last forever. The key to preventing it is to properly treat it.
Depression is a demon, and most of the time, people that have it don’t often show it. So if they don’t show it, how are we supposed to know, supposed to help?
Be there for them.
Life isn’t easy, and it isn’t fair, but that’s how it is. Make the most out of life. Make it something you wanna look back on with great happiness, not sadness and regret.
To anyone who is personally struggling, please, PLEASE. Seek help. Let people help you. Let people be there for you. In case you need to hear it today, you matter, and you are VERY LOVED. There is ALWAYS hope, ALWAYS a new day.
Love each other.
