well first they didn't come in my support hour, so i thought they weren't coming, and then they came late and they sounded like they were shouting and being uncaring and they said about tidying up but i thought that was rude because it is tidy already
and then one that i don't like came later with an inhuman checklist that i've already refused twice, like don't they get it yet?
also they gave me this random pile of plates and cutlery for no reason
they didn't even ask if i wanted it? it was weird -
That's not them being mean. Maybe annoying, but not mean.

I don't really understand how the system you're in works, but do you know when you'd be able to just leave and be out on your own? Or is that not a realistic option?
