Avin actually can't feel fear he can't feel anything because like I said he's a sociopath

Not really but I do know that they lack empathy and have weak consciences.

Okay so I really suggest you go do some research here, as it is a mental illness. I was super guilty of this when I was younger, so I’d like to prevent my mistakes from happening again.
Sociopath’s are capable of fear.
Fear = an impulse control, so Avin may not be able to pull off his deception or be a very good assassin.
He’d likely just be cold and lack empathy among other things. -
It’s more a lack of response to fear than actual numbing of fear if that helps ^-^

He may not be a sociopath but he does have the same lack of empathy as one

I feel like all the Blackthorns are directing their "They're not even dressed for combat" remarks are directed at Maven and Alyssa.

Considering Evie is dressed similarly to maven, Joaquin was talking more about that?
Girls who seem to be dressing to attract guys attention. -
