Because he’s not showing any reaction or even being stopped slightly. -
I found out the name of Avin's disorder he has alexithymia

So . . . he basically has trouble showing his emotions and describing them, and is very uncreative with no imagination?

But what about the violence?

It's literally the only thing I found when I googled his symptoms and if that were the case he really would be a sociopath and the violence is due to something that I'll mention later
