I just asked the other mods, and nobody has deleted any of your posts on that account, so I'm not sure why your timer is increased by a few seconds. It might be an error.

It is possible that your IP address has been flagged by some automated system, but I've never heard of such a thing. -

We've had to mark so many of your posts. It's possible the website has recognized that you are jumping between accounts and somehow automatically credited your current account with a post timer. But I don't know if that's even a feature or not.
