okay so i can't be the only one who thinks it's ridiculous for a manager getting mad at their employee for calling off when the roads are terrible and the employee doesn't feel comfortable driving right

oh, and the employee commutes 40 minutes to work and back everyday

i understand they have a personal responsibility to their shift, however they have had a perfect attendance record for the last what? almost six/seven months? they do a good job at work too but the manager just like, blew up at them -
