when the quarantine ends I'm going to have hell adjusting to the outside world again. I hate doing this. It's going to be super hard. Maybe it's better now with medicine. But even now the thought of stepping back out into the sunlight onto the concrete with my foot so close to the edge and the noise and the people walking by my skin makes me itch and feel nauseous
