You haven't leveled up. You should level up once you've made a quiz, but you haven't. That happened to me. Just go into a really active thread, and complain about not being able to change your picture, and that you're not leveling up. Someone will help, like Jeeshan, or The Geek.

Actually, with my olld accout, that wasn't true. I made a quiz, and I was automatically a novice. -
But my old account was all messed up, so I don't know. I abandoned that one. But with this one, people were taking my quizes, but I still wasn't leveling up, so I had to get help.
