me and a friend of mine were walking around behind her house, and we saw a big kennel-cage-ish thing a little ways behind her house. We already knew there was a dog theree, and we knew another guy who lives nearby owns it, but we got curious and went to look at the dog.
I've never been so...ticked off in my life.
First of all, the roof of the kennel looks like it's about to cave in, and who knows how long she's been out there alone because it looked like the lock thingy was almost rusted shut. Secondly, she (we figured out it was a female) was literally walking around in her own poop. Apparently the guy hasn't let her out, like, forever. And she's the skinniest dog I think I've ever seen in my entire life. She had almost no water, and the water she did have was dirty. My friend looked in her ears, and I swear, THERE MUST BE A WHOLE COLONY OF TICKS IN EACH OF HER EARS. And between her toes. I put my hand on the door to the kennel, and she totally freaked out. She is so desperate to get out of there. :( Me and my friend called her Cleo, because "That one brown-and-white dog we found behind my house" was too long.
I hate the guy who owns her. I would say much, much worse things about him...but like I said, I don't enjoy cursing. :P
AND CLEO IS SO SWEET! DX Sorry for ranting, but...GOD, I don't understand how people can be so freaking cruel! -

You should call animals rescue or something, they can take care of it -
Yes, I think my friend's grandma did that...I haven't talked to my friend since then (we've both been uber busy), so I don't really know, but I hope they've done something about Cleo.
