i barely slept bc i was too busy thinking and crying

Dark you okay?? Crying is usually a sign of frustration rather than sadness (I cried at the last episode of the umbrella academy, literally all they had to do was NOT - ugh. Stupid characters)

whatever just happened to me a few minutes ago has left me on edge, every sound is making me panic thinking I'm gonna fall back into that state of hearing things and not being able to breathe or move

The crying sounded so real and the plea for help was so desperate i almost feel tempted to walk around the house just to make sure it wasn't real
