I binded yesterday for the first time in weeks and when I took off my binder that evening I literally felt like I was dying the rest of the night
my back hurt but mostly my chest ached like mad
I believe my binder may have gotten too small once again -
earlier I was teaching the girl I babysit (9 y/o) how to do the dishes and I asked her if she gets to see her mom and she told me her parents got divorced because her mom was "sleeping with other guys" and I was like....oh

I try not to gush about that stuff in front of people but I have to put this somewhere because it's literally so sweet -
my therapist keeps bothering me about writing again
asking when I'm gonna write
I know she's my therapist and she's probably just encouraging me and doesn't actually like my writing
but it feels nice to imagine she really likes it
to imagine that someone else believes in me and really enjoys what I put out -
asking me if I'm willing to work today as if I'm just gonna leave a nine year old by herself while her dad goes to the emergency room lmao of course I'm okay with working
sure it's a little annoying how she asks me to play roblox every 5 minutes but yk
