last time I wrote online, a bunch of people really liked it. which is crazy to me, that strangers enjoyed reading my s---. remembering that and how all those strangers really liked my work gives me confidence and makes me want to do more.

linked my phone to one of my old emails and it imported some of my old contacts. it imported my grampa's number. I called it and the number hasn't been claimed, but it doesn't have his voicemail anymore. I didn't expect it to because it's been years. I wish it did though. I can still remember his voice but it's faint now.

I looked at old pictures the other day from before the cancer started spreading when his face wasn't all cut up and stuff. he still had his beard and his skin was healthy. I'll try to remember him like that, when he was still able to walk. he was a good man. even if he had a coffee mug in the shape of a woman's breast. that was a little strange.
